April: Acquired ROSS Imaging, giving IMAGETEC an even larger coverage area, including most of Eastern Wisconsin and 3 more branch locations for a total of 9.

Moved our Des Plaines facility to Rosemont, where it currently resides.
December: Acquired HPS Office Systems, growing IMAGETEC’s employee size to 270 and a combined revenue of approximately $44M.

2007 |
February: Ross Imaging, a division of IMAGETEC, acquired Office Technologies to expand Wisconsin territories.
July: Implemented paper recycling program – this amounts to approximately 16,000 lbs of paper over the course of a year.
August: CORE Print Solutions, an IMAGETEC Company, established a branch in Naperville, IL to sell and service the full line of Ricoh and HP products.
October: Migrated from OMD operating system to eAutomate – converted 3 companies in 3 months. According to eAutomate this was the fastest conversion for any company in our industry.

October: Sold HPS Office Systems to Toshiba, allowing IMAGETEC to have the strongest balance sheet in the company’s history.
