Richard Cucco, General Partner

Richard Cucco, General Partner of IMAGETEC Inc., is a 28 year veteran of the office products industry. He founded IMAGETEC in 1992 and has successfully grown it to a projected $50,000,000 in sales in just over 15 years. The success of IMAGETEC has earned it several awards throughout its history. Throughout his career, Richard's proven track record has landed him several successful positions in Sales, Major Account Management and Branch Management in the office equipment industry.

Richard Cucco founded his first independent dealership at the age of 29. That dealership grew to become one of the top selling Ricoh dealers in the country where it was later sold to IKON.

Rich Normann, Partner and President

Rich Normann joined Imagetec in March of 1998 as Chief Operating Officer. Rich gained partner status in June of 2004 and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in November of 2004. He brings more than 24 years of related industry experience in financial and operational leadership and most recently over 2 years of sales leadership to the position.

With a proven track record in solid financial and operational management and extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, Rich has been instrumental in the rapid growth of Imagetec through the execution of growth and expansion initiatives. Working with the senior executive team of Imagetec, he has overseen and performed the due diligence and integration of Nationwide Technologies, Inc. (Illinois), a branch of Copy Systems, Inc. (Illinois), Ross Imaging Inc. (Wisconsin), HPS Office Systems, LLC (Indiana) and Office Technologies, Inc. (Wisconsin) providing Imagetec with expanded market opportunities in Chicago, Wisconsin and Indiana. In January 2008, Rich was named President of Imagetec and Ross Imaging, our Wisconsin division.

Prior to joining Imagetec, Rich held the position of Director of Financial Services for the Midwest region of Unisource Worldwide (an Alco Standard Company) and Chief Financial Officer for Inlander-Steindler Paper Company.

Rich Normann received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 1981 and his CPA certificate in March of 1991.

 

Michael Elrod, VP and GM

Michael Elrod is the Vice President and General Manager of Core Print Solutions.  Mike has been involved in leadership roles in the Digital Imaging Industry for over 28 years. For more than a decade Mike led  Distinctive Business Product, Inc, a Global Imaging Systems Company and one of the largest and most successful office equipment dealers in the country as Vice President of Sales, Vice President and General Manager and was promoted to President in 2001.

Mike has a long history of building sustainable high performance sales organizations in the Chicago Market and was inducted as a  “Global Leader” in 1999 for outstanding performance and leadership. Prior to his position at Distinctive, Mike’s successful career included Area Sales Manager at Toshiba America Business Solutions, District Sales Manager at Ricoh USA and Branch Sales Manager at Canon USA where he earned numerous awards for overachievement in each of these positions.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University, Denver, Colorado.

Wayne Erickson, Partner and VP Field Engineer

As VP of Field Engineering and a Partner of IMAGETEC L.P., Wayne Erickson leads all service operations; from the call center, to onsite technical support and solutions integration.  In his role, Wayne insures that IMAGETEC's service standards reflect the partner's expectations and our client's needs.

Wayne was a founding associate, joining IMAGETEC L.P. in 1992.  He has since created a world class service operation and grown the service team from just himself in 1992 to over 100+ service and solutions personnel.  Wayne has overseen various service support groups within IMAGETEC since its inception in 1992.  Today his primary responsibilities are to oversee all service operations for IMAGETEC companies covering northeastern Wisconsin, the entire Chicago land area including northwest Indiana and Rockford as well as Indianapolis, Indiana area. 

Wayne has over 20 years experience in the industry, studied computers and electronics receiving his Associates Degree of Applied Science in Electronics from DeVry University's DuPage county campus in 1988 and holds several industry certifications and awards.
