Over the last month Jon and his management team have continued ongoing training on our Toshiba system. After they analyzed our current document workflow, they trained our staff on new and efficient ways to make our day-to-day operations more productive. They saved our Church time and money by helping us fully understand our systems' capabilities and specifications. Before working with CORE we had several unnecessary steps and expenses that, thanks to their assistance, have since been completely eliminated.

Thank you very much for all of your help getting the new copier/printer/scanner in place.  We love our new Toshiba e-Studio.  We especially appreciate the new capabilities, such as stapling and printing on multiple colors of paper in the same print job.  What would previously take half a day to get 50 Start of Care packets put together can now be done in less than an hour, with less chance of being assembled incorrectly.  This has resulted in not only a cost savings, but also helps us work more efficiently.  The ability to scan several pages into the computer and store them under the templates in the machine memory to reprint again later is also a great feature that has saved us a great deal of time.

With the higher copy allotments and low overage rates, the new contract has saved us a good deal of money.  We also very much enjoy the quick response time to any service issue or technical help that we require.  We have been impressed with the timing of the service and the fact that everything has been finished on the first visit.  You promised us prompt and completely satisfactory service, and that is exactly what we have received.

As we all  know there are many vendors, options and choices today and that can at times make the decision both arduous and time consuming.  From our first meeting, I was very impressed with the time you took to fully understand my needs and not just offer a “Box and a price” solution.  You were very timely with your responses and your professionalism far and away separated you from the pack of other sales representatives that I encountered.

Prior to meeting with you, I had been a [competitor] customer and I must say that the account management that I received was less than acceptable.  I had both Ricoh and Toshiba equipment and was very happy to find a vendor that would allow me to have an option to choose from the same equipment offerings that I had had in the past.

In evaluating vendors, I also wanted to remain with a locally owned and operated business as I saw the rapid decline in service, support and overall comfort level that I had experienced in the past.  One last reason that I remain convinced that we should do business with a  locally owned business is that as a tax exempt organization that received benefits from the state, I feel that it is equally important that we do business with a business who by charter, pays taxes to this state.

In conclusion, I would like to thank you for making my decision to move forward to acquire new equipment such as an easy decision and more importantly, for showing me the respect, support and attention to detail after the sale was concluded.
