November 27, 2006: IMAGETEC L.P. Acquires HPS Office Systems, LLC

Richard Cucco, General Partner of IMAGETEC L.P., announced today that IMAGETEC L.P. headquartered in McHenry, IL has acquired HPS Office Systems, LLC. IMAGETEC is the largest independent office equipment dealer in the Chicagoland area and also serves Southeastern Wisconsin and Northwestern Indiana. HPS Office Systems is a large independent office equipment dealer with locations in Indianapolis, Bloomington, Columbus, Muncie, and Terre Haute, Indiana. The combined company will have 13 branch locations in three states and 2007 revenues in excess of $44,000,000.00.

"This acquisition allows IMAGETEC to solidify a leadership position in the office equipment market by establishing a branch network that provides sales and service to all of the major cities in the Indiana market place.
